Abstract

This IDC Survey highlights preferences, behavior, and the factors driving adoption of contact center solutions (CCS) and investments in enterprises in the Asia/Pacific (AP) region. This document contains data from the IDC Asia/Pacific Enterprise Collaboration Survey completed in January 2019. IDC's Asia/Pacific Communication service provider practice conducted this survey to understand enterprises' preferences and behavior regarding unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) and contact center solution adoption. This survey aims to establish a relationship between the fast-changing business landscape and its impact on contact center adoption in AP, as well as provide necessary advisories to technology vendors.
