With the global disruption of the supply chain because of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations across Southeast Asia have undertaken several measures to develop a more resilient supply chain. Across sectors, the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the flaws present in their companies’ current supply chain models as both the government and private sectors collectively work to ensure the movement of essential supplies. Simultaneously, organizations have also started taking a holistic approach to develop their supply chain using technology as a catalyst.
