  • Which stage businesses are at in their journey to recovery and which technologies will experience the greatest investments
  • How and where COVID-19 will create permanent change in the business and what priorities will shape technology investment decisions
  • How increasing versus decreasing budgets throughout hardware, software, services, telecommunication, 3rd Platform technologies, and innovation accelerators are broken down
  • Which technology-buying criteria will be the most important in ANZ organisations' technology purchase decisions
