This IDC Survey discusses the Australian results from IDC's 2020 Australia and New Zealand IT Services Ecosystem Survey, conducted in October and November of the same year. This report is the first of two reports providing a deep dive into the Australia IT Services ecosystem. Part 1 provides an in-depth analysis of the business landscape impacting technology decision making in Australia and organisations' plans for IT services workload migration, contract changes, and technology investment plans in 2020.
