How Has the COVID-19 Pandemic Impacted How Australia and New Zealand Organisations Assess Digital Trustworthiness?
Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight discusses perceptions of digital trust and the top 10 most important qualities that Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) organisations use to assess trustworthiness. This report contains data from IDC's Future of Trust Survey undertaken at the end of 2020 and compares it with results from IDC's 2018 Digital Trust and Cybersecurity Economics Survey to observe changes in ANZ's digital trustworthiness assessment priorities over the last several years.
Building digital trust is key to business success as organisations emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, and this document provides guidance for ANZ tech suppliers and their wider ecosystem partners on the most sought-after attributes and perceptions of trustworthiness in the region.
