On-line Presentation

Abstract

Every aspect of the future of work, including digital transformation (DX) strategies, talent management approaches, workspace redesigning, and the very nature of how, when, and where the work is done, is undergoing a dramatic shift. The COVID-19 pandemic has acted as a catalyst for most organizations to rethink their strategic, financial, and technological decisions to transform work and be better prepared for the new normal. This shift will increasingly demand continuous efforts from organizations to adapt to technology advancements, changing employee and customer requirements, and the overall work environment.

The objective of this survey is to understand decision makers’ perspectives about changing work models (with focus on a hybrid work model) and organizations’ initiatives across the three dimensions of workspace, augmentation, and culture, including office redesign, smart facilities technology, as-a-service models, digital talent sourcing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), reskilling, and the overall employee experience in the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ) region.
