Abstract

IDC developed the Future of Customers and Consumers (FoCC) technology index and it shows that the leading organizations which are well-positioned in their technology and data capabilities are better able to capitalize and pivot to opportunities arising from out of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations must build resiliency into the relationships they have with their customers, and leading Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ) organizations are also taking steps to improve customer resilient capabilities through their technology investments.
