Abstract

For small and medium businesses (SMBs), data and analytics are especially crucial given their limited resources. However, SMBs also face unique challenges in their implementation of data and analytics. This IDC Perspective examines how analytics is critical for SMBs in ensuring their survival and success and exposes the various issues they face when implementing analytics. We also look at how digital SMBs tend to "go deep, go broad, go deeper" in their analytics journeys.
