In this IDC Survey, we discuss how hybrid work is no longer debated, yet organizations still want employees in the office to some extent. Nevertheless, the question remains: how can they make this happen? Many organizations are redesigning their offices, thereby improving employees' in-office experience and increasing collaboration and productivity.
