Abstract

This document is designed for SMB decision makers or influencers and their teams who are responsible for the creation and delivery technology-related capabilities aligned with their business priorities. It presents the APJ results of IDC's 2022 Digital SMB MaturityScape Benchmark Survey and should be viewed alongside IDC MaturityScape: The Digital SMB — A Framework for Resiliency (IDC #AP46602321, October 2020). Together, these research documents provide a comprehensive overview of IDC's digital SMB maturity model.
