Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the priority technology investments of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and midmarket companies across Asia/Pacific (including Japan) (APJ). It also reviews key areas of focus for SMBs in technology spending. Midmarket companies are going to focus on reducing IT costs and aligning IT spending with changes in business needs. SMBs and midmarket companies are going to focus on the infrastructure needed to support hybrid remote access to their employees. Therefore, they are looking for vendors that can help them with solutions to automate and improve their workload. The data is from IDC's 2023 Asia/Pacific Future SMB Survey fielded in January 2023.
