Abstract

This IDC Presentation provides the India implications of IDC FutureScape: Worldwide Future of Trust 2023 Predictions (IDC #US49755022, October 2022) and how these predictions will impact local markets. It provides end users with advice on what to consider and how to think, build, and retain digital trust for the future. Both IT and business impacts are included to give a cross-functional understanding of the tech buyer marketplace.

" India is on the rise to become a digital economy and is coexisting in a world accelerated by digital transformations, IT modernization, hyperconnectivity, hybrid cloud environments and edge computing. Enterprises are looking to modernize their applications, platforms, and infrastructure by transitioning workloads to public/private clouds while retaining certain workloads on-premises, leading to the increased adoption of hybrid setups. At the same time, cybercriminals are pursuing multivector approaches to target enterprises.
