The results provide a good overview of Canadians' views on the personal payment services provided by financial institutions (FIs) in Canada. There are two other documents in this series: Perspective: Demographic and Technology Personas of Canadian Bank Clients in a Digital World (IDC Financial Insights #CA40484416, forthcoming) and Perspective: Product and Services Experiences and Expectations of Canadian Bank Clients in a Digital World (IDC Financial Insights #CA40500216, forthcoming).
