Abstract
This IDC Financial Insights Perspective looks at how Canadians use various payment methods and their level of satisfaction with these solutions. Data was obtained via an online survey involving 1,002 respondents. The results provide a good overview of Canadians' views on the personal payment services provided by financial institutions (FIs) in Canada.
