On-line Presentation

Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight compares the degree of DX familiarity among different executive levels in Canadian organizations. The data in this IDC Survey Spotlight indicates that a DX knowledge paradox among Canadian executive exists today. By understanding the degree of familiarity with DX plans, vendors can help educate executives on how to improve their DX plans and initiatives and accelerate DX maturity in Canada.

This IDC Survey Spotlight is based on IDC's IT Infrastructure Trends Study conducted in June and July 2018. The IT Infrastructure Trends Study surveyed 100 respondents with titles of director level or higher from organizations in Western Canada, Ontario, and Quebec with annual revenue of $50 million or more. The IT Infrastructure Trends Study was commissioned by Blair Technology Solutions, and the data in this IDC Survey Spotlight is used with approval from Blair Technology Solutions.
