On-line Presentation

Abstract

This IDC Survey examines the current and future state of Canadian organizations and their response to the COVID-19 crisis. IDC has developed a five-stage model of the COVID-19 road to recovery. It provides useful guidance to business and IT leaders a way to look ahead and refine their approach to thrive in the digital economy post-pandemic.

In late January and early February 2021, as part of IDC Canada's Business and IT Advisory Panel, we surveyed decision makers at 498 Canadian organizations to better understand where organizations were on the road to recovery. This document explores the responses by organization size, industry, region, and past revenue growth in order to provide guidance to decision makers about how to benchmark their peers and prospects during this volatile pandemic.
