Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight examines Canadian market opinion on the different technologies to build an intelligent digital workspace and their benefits. The pandemic saw an increase in the uptake various of technologies that would enable employees to collaborate and engage with their peers, partners, and customers, remotely. As Canadian organizations must contend with the realities of running hybrid work environments, they will need to consider an ecosystem of technologies that will form an "intelligent digital workspace." The results shared are based on the IDC's January 2022 Canada IT Advisory Panel (ITAP) n1 2022 Survey, which interviewed 502 executive respondents with CIO/senior IT roles. Respondents were from Canadian organizations from a cross-section of industries, regions, and company sizes.
