Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight reveals the current state of office process and workflow digitization in key geographies in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMA) in comparison with Germany, as well as end-user expectations in 12 months' time.

"Do not underestimate the opportunity of digitizing office processes and document workflows in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as key markets in the region have either already made significant steps toward digitization, or are planning to do so in the near term. This is evident from the high adoption rate of different technologies that allow organizations to become less dependent on paper-based processes." — Program Director Mitri Roufka, Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions, IDC CEMA
