Abstract

These event proceedings were presented at the IDC Directions conferences in Boston and Santa Clara in March 2023.

Data logistics, as the name implies, is the task of capturing, storing, moving, protecting, and assuring data availability. Well-implemented data logistics reduces data silos and makes data more accessible for superior value extraction. It also improves data governance and reduces data risk. This session discusses practical aspects of data logistics and the key elements that go into it.
