Abstract

This IDC Survey is part of a research series based on IDC's annual survey of Nordic ICT decision makers' investment plans, concerns, and attitudes.

The presentation reveals how customer experience is driving Nordic digital transformation but at the same time has slipped from top position in 2015 to number 4, after increasing employee productivity, business process optimization, and digital transformation.

This study is based on more than 390 interviews with ICT decision makers and influencers in Nordic companies and organizations with 10 or more employees carried out in early 2016. The respondents were chosen from IDC's database, and all were qualified by verifying their roles in IT decision making and the size of their companies.
