Abstract

IDC delivered the presentation "The Current and Future Uses of AI to Transform Customer Experience" at the Engage Customer Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Directors Forum in London on November 29, 2017. The theme at the conference was how robotics and AI will transform customer engagement. This IDC presentation discussed the emergence of the "AI CX" marketplace, providing product and customer examples, explained how AI CX links to big data and analytics, and recommended an eight-point AI implementation plan for technology buyers.
