This IDC Presentation discusses results from IDC's 2018 Retail Innovation Survey. It helps organizations understand how the retail industry is evolving worldwide and its current state in terms of innovation. IDC investigated business model transformation directions as well as artificial intelligence (AI) and customer experience (CX) developments.
