Abstract

This IDC Web Conference presents three new approaches that are emerging to respond to new talent sourcing requirements in the digital era: talent sourcing platforms, talent marketplaces, and crowdsourcing. Starting with the identification of the key talent requirements, Giulia Carosella, Marta Muñoz, and Andrea Siviero describe these sourcing approaches, highlighting real-life examples as well as European companies' propensity, major trends, and challenges.
