Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight looks at European organizations' satisfaction with their digital services partners and what they think the services companies should improve to help them better.

The Spotlight is based on a question from IDC's European Services Survey, 2018, with participants from 762 organizations with more than 250 employees representing seven regions/countries in Western Europe and a broad range of industries, covering the full spectrum of the business communities. The survey does not aim to balance organizations by size, but has a very strong representation of very large organizations — the main services spenders.
