This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation discusses the presentation "The CIO's Role in Supporting Digital Customer Experience," delivered on May 3, 2019 for IDC's European CIO Hub. The IDC European CIO Hub is a group of CIOs that meet with IDC monthly online to discuss technology topics of interest.
