Abstract

This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation provides insights into European marketers' customer journey management activities and emerging best practices. It was delivered at the Engage CX Marketing Summit in London on June 13, 2019. The aim of this conference was to discover how the Marketing Function is playing an increasingly important role in customer experience (CX). In particular, this presentation discusses the nature of customer journeys and potential management challenges, including fit to sales funnel metrics, and recommends the next steps for marketing leaders.
