Interest in RPA continues to rise, and businesses believe the technology has a role in scaling up capacity during the COVID-19 recovery stage. However, those implementing RPA still have business barriers to overcome. There is a need to apply RPA to core processes in a way that contributes to customer value and doing that requires an end-to-end view of the business process.
