Abstract

This IDC TechScape examines technologies that are essential for safely reopening and managing office spaces during the COVID-19 pandemic and have the potential to evolve in the coming years. It provides a visual representation of the process of technology adoption, dividing technologies into three major categories based on their impact on the organization and assessing their relative adoption levels within their respective categories. It also examines individual technology categories and provides additional insights about the speed of adoption, technology potential for success (risk), and level of market buzz so end users can make their own decisions about investment.
