This IDC Survey provides a view of the business and IT priorities of European small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which have shifted drastically since the emergence of COVID-19. It also shows the business health and revenue impacts of COVID-19 on SMBs, including views by company size, and industry where relevant.
