IDC's European Enterprise Communications Survey is an annual survey and a must-have for network and services vendors. It provides insight into the priorities and strategic intentions of network executives, offering guidance for vendors' strategy planning and market positioning. The survey covers a range of topics, including WAN, hybrid networks, network infrastructure, SDN, cloud, unified communications, video, contact centers, data and voice services, network life-cycle services, provider selection criteria and preferences, and trends in the telecommunications sector.
