Salesforce World Tour Rolls Into London
Abstract
This IDC Market Note presents IDC's opinions on Salesforce's new product announcements at Salesforce World Tour London in June 2022. Key areas headlined were enhanced collaborative working capability enabled by Slack and new Einstein artificial intelligence functionalities for Sales Cloud. Emphasis was also placed on its continuing industry solutions focus, notably for the public sector. Salesforce also showed its support for the Web3 ecosystem with NFT Cloud, its new platform for facilitating NFT commerce.
