This IDC Market Forecast provides an in-depth look at the Western European page volumes for the inkjet and laser market. The study contains quantitative and qualitative data analysis derived from actual printer shipments calculations. Forecasts page volumes are provided for 2022 to 2026.

"Page volumes have been in decline for years before the COVID-19 pandemic hit Western Europe; they will not return to pre-pandemic levels as various factors have contributed to accelerating the decline in the short term. Although long-term forecasts continue to show contraction in page volumes, this decline will likely be steady rather than dramatic," said Phil Sargeant, senior program director, IDC Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions Group.
