This IDC Survey Spotlight shows the key drivers of telecom operators' artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) investment decisions, and how suppliers must differentiate their products in a recessionary environment. This IDC Survey Spotlight examines data from IDC's European Telco Networking and Operations Survey, May 2022. This study surveyed 120 telecom leaders and IT decision makers, with representation across company sizes, technologies, and business responsibilities across Europe, including the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, the Nordics, and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).
