"Information technologies and their associated services have helped millions of people save their jobs by enabling them switch to remote working arrangements during the COVID-19 lockdowns. The crisis has damaged the Russian economy, but it will ultimately stimulate the development of the IT services market. It will encourage business initiatives, intensify competition, drive organizational change, and open new growth opportunities." — Natalia Vinogradova, Program Manager, IDC Russia/CIS
