Office Printing and Document Management Trends in Russia

By: Mitri RoufkaProgram Director, Imaging Devices & Document Solutions, CEMA

On-line Presentation

Abstract

This IDC Survey explores how Russian end-user organizations of various sizes in both the public sector and the private sector are managing their printing devices and document infrastructures. The study reveals how end users purchase their printing devices, factors influencing their decision making in selecting products and service providers, page volume trends, pain points, and the areas in which they plan to invest in the next 12 months or so.

"Russia has been always a very interesting market to study due to its unique characteristics. As Russia's economy returns to growth — against a backdrop of a changing business environment, new challenges, and shifting end-user needs — vendors active in this market must quickly learn what has altered, how Russian organizations are reacting, and what areas represent the best opportunities." — Program Director Mitri Roufka, IDC Europe
