Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the 2021 and 2022 priorities of European enterprises in the wake of their experiences dealing with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data from IDC's Europe, the Middle East, and Africa COVID-19 Survey (Wave 13), conducted October 20–30, 2020, indicates organizations are prioritizing future proofing, digitally enhanced products/services and experiences, and new revenue streams over digital transformation. This document offers recommendations on how IT suppliers in Europe should position themselves to respond to these shifting priorities.
