The CIO Executive Council: Pathways: Mentoring program provides you with the insight and guidance needed to meet your current leadership challenges and take your organization to the next level.

Offerings include:

  • Six, one hour, mentored group sessions with structured agendas: communicating the value of IT, stakeholder relationships, executive presence, change leader mindset, strategic decision making, and your leadership style
  • Mentor group led by CIO
  • One-on-one 30-minute introductory and closing call with CIO
  • Six participants per group from different organizations
  • 90-day action plan and a 90-day follow-up to ensure the participant is on track with his/her individualized plan
  • Accelerated Development Virtual Webcast Sessions with topics led by a CIO or an executive coach
  • Complimentary access to IDG National/Regional conferences and the IDC Directions event
  • Digital certification upon completion of the program
