Abstract
本プレゼンテーションは世界と国内のFuture of Trust（信頼の未来）における、2022年～2027年のITに関する主要な10項目の予測（Predictions）について記載する。新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の感染拡大の影響によって、企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）、消費者／ビジネスバイヤーのデジタルシフトが進む中、情報セキュリティ保護やデータガバナンスの必要性が拡大しており、データ流出の防止のみならず、個人情報保護法などの法令遵守状況の監視やデータ損失の防御などの要求がITユーザー企業のステークホルダーから求められている。さらに、データの所在がグローバルに分散する現在では、データ主権に対する地域的な法令遵守まで視野に入れる必要が出ている。
IDC Japanのグループディレクターである眞鍋 敬は、「DXの進展と市場のデジタルシフトは、企業内外のデータ発生量を急速に増大させている。一方でデータの完全性、セキュリティ保護、データ主権の課題はステークホルダーからの信頼として企業に問われることになる。企業がデジタルビジネスによってブランド価値を向上させるためには、事業運営に対するリスクと対策に関する明確なポリシーの設定、対策ソリューションの導入が必要である」と分析している。
