2022年 Future of Industry Ecosystemsがドライブする国内産業エコシステムとクロスインダストリーにおけるITのビジネス機会
Abstract
本調査レポートでは、昨今の激変する事業環境変化の中で、将来に渡り事業を継続し拡大する企業の未来の姿として、IDCが提唱するFuture Enterprise（未来の企業）とそれを実現するための9つのプラクティスについて解説し、そのプラクティスの一つとして、産業エコシステムの未来であるFuture of Industry Ecosystems（産業エコシステムの未来）と、企業間の連携やエコシステムが新たなビジネスを創出する可能性を説明している。また、ITが促進する企業間や異業種連携、異業種参入などのクロスインダストリーについて分析を行い、新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）、GX（Green Transformation）、IOWN（Innovative Optical and Wireless Network）などの大きな変化を契機とする、ITが促進する産業エコシステムやクロスインダストリーの動向について市場予測を行っている。
ユーザー調査では、既存のビジネスモデルに脅威を感じている企業が、「対抗できる仕組み作りのための外部企業との提携／ビジネスエコシステム作り」を行う際のパートナーとして、情報通信の企業に期待しているという回答の割合が最も高い。企業が新たなエコシステムを構築する際、ユーザー企業自身は今まで付き合いのなかったパートナーと連携することになる。ITサプライヤー自体は、多様な産業へのIT支援を行っており、多様なパートナーとのチャネルをすでに持っている。ただし、ITサプライヤー側も「産業軸」を中心にシステム事業を行っているため、各産業の担当者は固定化されている状況にある。ITサプライヤーは、「ユーザー調査結果を受け止め、ユーザー企業の変革のパートナーとして、産業構造の変革を積極的に主導すべきである」と、IDC Japan ITスペンディングのグループマネージャーである村西 明は述べている。
