Abstract
本プレゼンテーションは、世界と国内において2023年から2028年にかけて起こる、IT市場に関する主要な10項目の予測（Predictions）について議論する。世界市場については『IDC FutureScape: Worldwide IT Industry 2023 Predictions (Japanese)（IDC #JPJ49813822、2022年12月発行）』において詳述しており、本プレゼンテーションでは、国内市場のPredictionsにおいて、世界市場からの変更点に焦点を合わせて論じている。
新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の感染拡大、ロシア・ウクライナ戦争、世界的なインフレ、円安など、企業の外部環境変化は間断なく続いている。さらに、景気後退の懸念は企業のIT投資意思決定を、部分的に慎重にさせている。その中でも、デジタル技術を活用したビジネスの推進は継続しており、投資の優先度は高まっている。IDC Japanのグループバイスプレジデントおよびチーフリサーチアナリストである寄藤 幸治は、「COVID-19感染拡大を経てデジタル技術の導入が進んだ今、国内企業は改めてテクノロジーおよび業務同士が連携しあい、不要なサイロを生み出すことなく環境変化に立ち向かっていけるように、マネジメントを行っていくべきである」と述べている。
