Abstract
The new normalcy after/during the pandemic is just the beginning of many more disruptions users will experience in the years to come. These changes are already affecting the consumers' technology markets; needs have increased and evolved substantially especially in the way we interact each other's. IDC sees many more changes coming, new devices and configurations, customers and consumers experience they receive from a brand a crucial aspect of any engagement or customer journey. We expect sales will continue to grow as specific needs and demands pop up.
