Abstract

While the COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on all Latin American companies and sectors, organizations have learned to think digitally. Presently, IT/OT professionals and leaders as well are aware that digitalization initiatives linked to operations need to be aligned with business objectives. Investments must be justified by outcomes, whereas in technology or any other assets and services needed to achieve the ultimate business goals.
