This IDC study presents the top 61 IT services providers in South Africa, including their market shares, based on their respective performances in 2019. Furthermore, it examines the performances of the top five IT services providers in South Africa. The study contains market size and shares for the top 10 service vendors by IDC's 14 foundation market categories.

The study answers the following questions:

• What are the top 61 IT services providers in the South African IT services market?
• What are the top providers for each of IDC's 12 IT services categories?
