Abstract

This IDC Survey provides a fresh view of digital aspirations among organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As organizations in the country continue digitally transforming on their journey to becoming sustainable digital enterprises, their business priorities and IT investments are also evolving. This report examines the business priorities, digital initiatives, and technology adoption trends among end-user organizations in the UAE by presenting the results of the survey IDC conducted among CIOs and IT leaders in end-user organizations in the country in 2022. The study also highlights digital priorities across areas such as customer excellence, industry ecosystem engagement, and sustainability. It also looks at CIOs' key challenges in pursuing innovation and the strategic IT capabilities they are building to achieve their vision.
