Abstract

This IDC Survey presents key hybrid cloud and multicloud management trends among organizations in South Africa. The survey was conducted among IT decision makers in the country and concluded in January 2023. It covers areas such as cloud maturity and the key challenges of managing a hybrid cloud or multicloud environment, including cloud cost-related issues. It also reveals the essential tools in which organizations will invest over the next 12–18 months to optimize their cloud operations.
