Renata Bevilacqua

Renata Bevilacqua joined IDC Brazil in November 2004, when Call Center was implanted in Brazil. She is responsible for the planning, follow-up and management of Consulting and Research projects performed in Call Center.

Before joining IDC, Renata worked as a Research Supervisor in a Survey House for five years. She has experience in quantitative research, performed in CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) and Field Methodologies.

Renata has a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University in São Paulo. Nowadays, she is taking a post-graduation course of Market Research and Management Information in Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM Business School), in São Paulo.
