Oren Raviv is a program manager at IDC's Emerging Technologies group, where he provides comprehensive analysis on new technologies and business development consulting. His coverage includes digital media, specifically start-up companies, mergers and acquisitions, and promising industry trends.

Based on his work, Raviv received the IDC "Analyst of the Year" award for 2013.

Prior to joining IDC, Raviv was the co-founder and general manager of Gamebit, a leading mobile app developer, where he was in charge of the company's business development and strategic planning.
