Do-Young Park has over 11 years of IT strategy and business innovation experience. He has been involved with various industries like electronics or chemical manufacturers, logistics companies, public institutes, and so on. His experience includes researching market environment and developing industrial policy, building go-to-market strategies and information strategy plan for a customer organization, assessing IT status, planning e-business launch. Prior to Joining to IDC, he took various consultancy practices related to market strategies for 9 years in Gartner. Before Gartner, he worked in a Korean top-tier SI company or LG-EDS, formulating IT driven business strategy, assessing IT health checks, developing IT solutions fitting clients¡¯ requests and so on.

He holds a BAs in Chemistry from Seoul National University (Korea). He also hold CPIM(Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certified from American Production & Inventory Control Society and PMP(Project Management Professional certificate) from Project Management Institute.
