Verónica Hernández Espejel is responsible for IDC's Latin America BuyerPulse® Services Deals Database research content. In her role she is responsible for following up on the IT services deals that are signed within the region and some of the Western European countries. IDC's BuyerPulse® Deals Database: Worldwide Services product provides access to an online tool and supporting research that helps the vendor, end-user, and financial services communities monitor the demand for services deals as well as the subsequent performance of specific vendors.

Prior to IDC, Ms. Hernández was an intern at the largest BMW dealer, Imagen Motors of Grupo BIB.

Ms. Hernández completed her Masters degree in Finance at Universidad Panamericana and holds a degree in international business from Universidad Anáhuac México Sur. She also participated in an academic exchange in the ESDES School in the Université Catholique de Lyon in the International Business Program.
