Pamela Sumanga is a Research Manager with IDC's Asia/Pacific Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions (IPDS) Group. Based in Singapore, Pamela is responsible for building the data and analyzing the trends for hardcopy peripherals on a quarterly basis by working closely with analysts across the region and engaging with the stakeholders in the market.
