Pankaj Chawla is a Research Manager with IDC’s Asia/Pacific Peripherals Group, focusing on consumables research. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the quarterly market sizing, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and channel analysis impacting the printer consumables market in the region.

Prior to joining IDC Asia/Pacific, Pankaj managed research on Peripherals and Emerging Technologies at IDC India. He was responsible for the local consumables market tracker, and also other emerging technologies including power management solutions and imaging products. Before IDC India, Pankaj worked with the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Pankaj holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Finance from the UP Technical University, Lucknow, India. He also has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, India.
